Products are produced on demand and are mostly not stock items, please allow appropriate delivery time based on location.

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: United Kingdom

  • International Shipping:  shipping is available worldwide.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [5-7 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there is a delay due to an item being out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and preferences:

7. Lost or Damaged Items

Jardie & Co is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your shipment so we can assist you with the claim process.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at jardieandcobusinessemail@gmail.com We will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will help track it down with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a refund or assist with a replacement.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.
